The Exceed RC Chinook is a cool looking tandem rotor semi-scale RC helicopter designed to give absolute newcomers and sport pilots great RC model helicopter flying! Up until now, tandem rotor helicopters were considered hugely expensive and difficult to fly so were strictly for experts. Amazingly the Exceed RC Chinook is super easy to hover than normal helicopters - the two coaxial rotor systems working together has to be flown to be believed! The Chinook is sturdy and full of features to improve survivability! When you do crash we will have spares to get you back in the air. Remember that model helicopters are demanding to fly and you will need to train carefully.

What is a tandem rotor helicopter?
 

In tandem system, 2 rotors in front and rear counter rotates to each other to negate counter torque. Tandem is more efficient than tail rotor because 2 rotors are used to create lift.
